Publisher and scope

SCALERP is an online business management service published by ZZOLV SARL, a Moroccan limited liability company. These terms govern account requests and use of the service. Contract enquiries and complaints: legal@zzolv.com.

Account and access

Provide accurate details and have authority to represent the stated business. Access requires contact verification, approval by ZZOLV SARL and a password. Protect your credentials, manage your users’ permissions and report suspected misuse. Simulated checks on tst2 do not constitute real verification.

Subscriptions

Requesting an account is not a paid order. Prices, taxes, duration, renewal, cancellation and offer limits must be presented before you subscribe. Expressly accepted offer terms supplement these terms. Registration alone does not create any additional service commitment.

Use and customer data

You remain responsible for data you upload, its accuracy and the rights needed to process it. Unlawful use, intrusion, malicious content, unauthorised resale and interference with other customers or the service are prohibited. Management features do not replace your accounting, tax or professional obligations.

Ownership and availability

ZZOLV SARL retains rights in SCALERP, its interface and documentation. Your subscription provides a right to use the selected offer; your content does not become ZZOLV SARL’s property. Maintenance and interruptions may occur. These terms do not promise uninterrupted access or a particular business outcome; specific commitments depend on your offer.

Suspension and liability

Access may be proportionately suspended for security risks, unlawful use, contractual breach or applicable unpaid charges, with notice when circumstances allow. Request data retrieval arrangements before termination. Each party remains responsible under applicable law. These terms do not exclude mandatory liability or statutory rights; loss, causation and remedies are assessed under that law.

Law and changes

Moroccan law applies, subject to applicable mandatory provisions, including consumer protections where relevant. Contact legal@zzolv.com to seek an amicable resolution, without losing access to a competent court. Material changes are presented before taking effect. The version accepted at registration is recorded.

Approximate location

After email verification, your IP address is sent to ipgeolocation.io to estimate country, city, postal code, currency and time zone. The result is restricted to the superadmin for registration review and origin records, separately from the declared address.

Registration security

We record the observed IP address and browser technical information when email verification completes to prevent abuse and identify related requests. The IP is encrypted at rest and accessible to authorized staff. A shared IP is not evidence of fraud.

Responsible organisation

ZZOLV SARL manages SCALERP account-request data. For data your business later uploads, processing roles and instructions must be defined contractually. Contact legal@zzolv.com for questions or data rights requests.

Data and purposes

Your name, business name, email and mobile are used to verify contact details, review the request and manage access. Verification records, acceptance records and technical security information help prevent abuse and evidence operations. All four fields are needed to request an account. Registration does not subscribe you to advertising messages.

Recipients

Authorised ZZOLV SARL administrators and necessary service providers act within their roles. Live mobile verification uses Twilio Verify; choosing WhatsApp also involves WhatsApp. Email providers process the details needed for delivery. In tst2 simulation mode, no verification email or SMS is sent.

Retention

Email and mobile codes expire after ten minutes; validated email and mobile proofs last one hour and thirty minutes respectively. Verified contact details and confirmed information are saved in a pending-registration table even if you leave before completion. This does not create an active account. You may request deletion at legal@zzolv.com. Account data, acceptance records, logs and backups have different administration, security and legal retention needs; request deletion information from ZZOLV SARL. Proof expiry does not imply immediate deletion of every backup or technical record.

Rights and transfers

Moroccan Law 09-08 governs personal data protection. Contact legal@zzolv.com to request access, correction or exercise other applicable rights, including objection on legitimate grounds. Proportionate identity verification may be required. You may also contact the CNDP. Hosting countries, provider transfers and applicable formalities must be documented and completed before the live journey opens. This page is not a CNDP certification.

Session and security

Session and anti-forgery cookies maintain the journey and protect form submissions. Sessions expire after the service’s configured inactivity period. Your browser may also store your chosen colour theme locally, without sending it to an advertising service. Blocking session cookies prevents completing registration.

Optional choice

Affiliate attribution associates a registration with a partner. On this journey it remains off until you explicitly allow it. Refusing does not prevent registration. Changing your mind here removes the affiliate cookie without retroactively removing an already recorded attribution. These preferences are stored in your session.

Scope

These settings apply to registration and are not an audit of every SCALERP page, integration or customer workspace. This form adds no advertising or audience analytics tool. If the publisher enables CAPTCHA, its provider and rules also need to be considered.
