Electronic invoicing
Prepare invoice information in Morocco
Identity, ICE, reference, date and VAT: organize useful information before invoicing.
Prepare company and customer files
Article 145 of the CGI 2026 governs invoicing information, including the identity of the seller, tax identifiers, date, buyer information, goods or services and VAT.
Gather the information from your identification documents then check the company and customer files. Distinguish between the ICE, the tax identifier and the other references: they do not designate the same identifier.
Control commercial information
Give the lines a precise designation, an understandable quantity, unit and price. Check the invoice reference and the payment method entered.

Proofread a complete document
Use the preview to check the contact details and readability of the amounts. Correct the information in the source sheets in order to find it for future operations.
Where can I correct missing contact details on an invoice?
First check the company file or customer file, then the invoice template settings. Correct the data at its source and control the preview of a new document. This makes it possible to distinguish information that is not provided from information that the model does not display.
How to avoid confusion between customers?
Use the correct customer name and credentials, then verify their billing address. Two companies with similar names must remain distinguishable in contacts. Search for the existing record before creating another one for the same entity.
