Settings and access

Assign roles and access to users

Give each member of the team the functions useful to their work.

Create individual access

Use one count per person to track responsibilities. Assign a role corresponding to the tasks performed rather than default administrator access.

Set permissions

Check which functions are searchable, which actions are allowed and which locations are accessible. Viewing a document and being able to modify it are two different permissions.

Example
  1. User Cashier
  2. Role POS sales
  3. Locations Store A

Control a change

After a role change, check the functions accessible to the employee. When changing positions or leaving, review their access and the integrations they managed.

What to check when a user doesn't see a function?

Compare its role, the authorized actions and the accessible establishments, then the availability of the module in the offer. An absence in the menu is not enough to conclude that the function does not exist. Have these items checked by the company administrator.

Why use one account per employee?

An individual account allows you to assign access according to the person's work and to review it when they change positions. For example, an employee responsible for viewing sales may have a different scope than the one who modifies company settings.
